1. Order Acceptance & Preparation
Orders submitted online will be prepared promptly by our kitchen staff. Orders placed while the kitchen is resting will be processed as scheduled pre-orders upon reopening.
2. Delivery Times & Zones
Delivery timeframes may vary slightly subject to traffic and weather conditions. Flat delivery fees based on your selected coverage zone will apply.
3. Cancellations & Reservations
Table reservations may be rescheduled or cancelled by notifying our WhatsApp hotline at least 1 hour prior to your reserved slot.
